SHIPPING

Cutoff for Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day services is at 2:00 PM Central. 

The current order handling time is 1-3 business days after an order is placed.  

Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible. 

TIEMPOS DE TRÁNSITO

El tiempo de entrega de su paquete depende principalmente del transportista y del nivel de servicio seleccionado. Al seleccionar el método de envío para su paquete, tenga en cuenta que la mayoría de los transportistas no trabajan los fines de semana ni los días festivos importantes. Cuando los transportistas indican los días de envío, se refieren a días hábiles. Los días hábiles se definen como de lunes a viernes, con la excepción de los días festivos observados por el transportista de paquetes seleccionado. Para obtener estimaciones de entrega específicas, generalmente puede encontrar información detallada en el sitio web del transportista, o también puede comunicarse con uno de nuestros representantes de servicio al cliente para obtener detalles específicos. Como regla general , los tiempos de tránsito de UPS son los siguientes:

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS 

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available.  Move Materialswill ship the order complete. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out-of-stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently ship directly to the US and Canada. 

For shipping to all other countries, we are able to accommodate that on a case-by-case basis.  Please reach out to support@movematerials.com.  

Importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by  Move Materials 

By law,  Move Materials is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees,  Move Materials reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot be delivered, the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.
